Shipping and Handling:

UK postage and packaging costs £4.00, or FREE for orders over £50. Europe postage costs £9.50. USA, Canada and the rest of the world postage costs £17.50.

All packaging is plastic free and eco-friendly. As all orders are printed especially for you there is a lead time of 3-5 working days. We currently only ship to the UK via the Royal Mail 48 tracked service. In total orders can take 5-10 days to arrive (it’s usually on the faster side of this range). If you need an order to arrive by a certain date please order well in advance.

Shipping to Europe and USA takes 7-14 days. Shipping to the rest of the world can take up to 4 weeks.

IMPORTANT: If your delivery is not in the UK then you may have to pay tax on your order in the destination country. This may also cause a delay in the delivery times. Rebel Perspective have no control over this and accept no responsibility for these potential charges and delays

Returns Policy:

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your package. Please do not return any items to us until after you have contacted us so that we can approve and arrange the return.

Note: Rebel Perspective does not provide prepaid returns shipping labels at the moment, and returns shipping for exchanges is at the customers expense. Any outbound shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

We accept returns for:

• Change in Size – it happens. Please let us know the return size. Note we can only exchange for the exact design in the new size. We can not offer refunds for incorrect sizes.
• Received the Wrong Item – unlikely but if it happens let us know, send a photo and we’ll send you a replacement.
• Lost in Transit – if you have provided the correct delivery address and your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, plus 15 days for possible delays, let us know and we will re-ship a replacement.
• Damaged / Faulty Item – all our orders are triple checked before they are sent out so this is unlikely. If it does happen just let us know and we will ship a replacement free of charge.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of Mind – we print on demand so your order is created specifically for you. We can not accept returns for a change of mind.
• Not Contacting us First – you must contact us BEFORE you return any item so that we can agree and arrange the return.
• After 14 Days – we can not accept return if they are requested 14 days or more after you have received your order.
• Immediate Cancellation – we can not accept returns on “accidental” or cancelled orders as all orders go to print as soon as you place the order. If you have any questions please ask before you order.
• Different Exchange Item  – we can’t exchange for a different print or style than the original item.
• Not as New – we can not accept returns for any items that are not exactly as new.

Note: We don’t offer refunds – only exchanges or store credit because each item is made on-demand after you place an order.

Privacy Policy:

Rebel Perspective do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We accept credit and debit card payments via PayPal as well as PayPal payments directly. PayPal is 100% secure and your card details are never held by Rebel Perspective.

Prices, Descriptions and Product Information:

Rebel Perspective take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, and photographs are accurate and correct at the time of publishing. We make every effort to represent the colour of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the differences in screens, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will reflect the exact colour of the product.

Every description or specification is given in good faith based upon the information received by us, from the manufacturer of the product. Rebel Perspective cannot accept responsibility for any omissions or errors in this information.

All prices are shown in Pound Sterling and exclude post and package charges. Prices may change over time.

Product Liability:

Rebel Perspective shall not be held liable for any damages, injury or illness caused by the use of any product. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read all product instructions carefully, to use the product strictly for the purpose it was designed for, and to ensure that the product is used in a safe and reasonable manner. We shall not be held responsible for any damages, injury or illness that occur due to an allergic reaction, or as the result of any other unforeseen occurrence.

Tax Charges:

We are not VAT registered so no VAT will be charged. However, if your delivery is not in the UK then you may have to pay tax on your order in the destination country. Rebel Perspective have no control over this and accept no responsibility for these potential charges.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
